BELLINGHAM, Wash., Aug. 12 -- The City of Bellingham issued the following news release:Bellingham Police detectives are asking for your help. On 7-14-2010, at about 2:13 a.m, a 26 year old man was punch in the face by an unknown suspect. The victim was knocked unconscious and sustained serious head injuries as a result of the discount tiffany necklaces. This happened in the 200 block of E. Holly. The suspect shown here, is described as a thin white male in his 20-30's, he is about 6'1" and has brown hair.
