launched a literary juggernaut when it debuted
Steve and Marjorie Harvey are slumped down in oversize cushiony leather chairs in the foyer of the entertainment wing of their massive Atlanta-area mansion, comparing schedules. The Harveys, you see, are trying to figure out where on the planet they'll be in the next two weeks, and, more important, when they'll be able to link up to celebrate Marjorie's forty-fifth birthday.
