Wow! I didn't even notice that you used flour, I thought it was spray paint!

The wind carries it off as dust...except today, most of the flour was gone by the end of the day from the cars running over it, plus being a windy day.

They use a regular chalk box, they just put 40 pound flour bags in instead. Chalk can become embedded in the porus asphalt, the flour is biodegradable and just washes out with the wind and/or rain.

and how do they clean up the "flour" aftewards?

and to be technical, for enviromental reasons, TR uses flour, not chalk.

It was amazing to see how each group does things differently.
